How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, manage routers, generate vouchers, process hotspot operations, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or security requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as hosting, email, SMS, analytics, or payment providers where needed to operate khabeerTech.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted secrets, audit logs, and operational monitoring. No system is risk-free, so users should protect their credentials and router access.
Returning Accounts
After a workspace owner deletes their account, we retain a keyed, one-way representation of the verified email together with the original trial dates, subscription eligibility and monthly voucher-generation allowance. We use this restricted fraud-prevention record to recognize the same verified email on re-registration, preserve remaining eligibility and prevent duplicate free trials or allowance resets. This record does not retain the original email, router credentials, vouchers or workspace content. It is retained while needed to enforce one trial per verified identity; payment records remain subject to applicable retention requirements.
